GRS – Gwardar Resources Limited today closed up 105% to finish at 41c on $250k stock traded. The reason they were up today was because they listed after raising $6m @ 20c through Ora Capital.
EOL – Energy One Limited today closed up 32% to finish at $14.30 on $1.6m stock traded. There was no news out today but yesterday after market they announced an unsolicited, indicative, non-binding and conditional proposal to be acquired by Volue As.
A3D – Aurora Labs Limited today closed up 22% to finish at 4.5c on $130k stock traded. There was no news out today but yesterday they released its quarterly which highlighted the continued execution of commercialisation of its proprietary propulsion and metal additive manufacturing technologies.
PNN – Power Minerals Limited today closed up 19% to finish at 12.5c on $2.2m stock traded. The reason they were up today was because they announced assay results from its Morro do Ferro (MDF) Rare Earth Project located in southern Minas Gerais state, Brazil.
ION – Iondrive Limited today closed up 14% to finish at 4.8c on $1.3m stock traded. The reason they were up today was because they released its quarterly report which highlighted its materially strengthened position within the rapidly developing U.S. rare earth supply chain.
SKK – Stakk Limited today closed up 10% to finish at 2.2c on $210k stock traded. There was no news out today but on Wednesday they released its quarterly which highlighted that a definitive agreement was entered to acquire ParaScript for cash, scrip and deferred payment consideration of US$63m.
What’s Not
ATC – Altech Batteries Limited today closed down 73% to finish at 0.2c on $500k stock traded. The reason they were down today was because of numerous events.
ALU – Alurion Resources Limited today closed down 14% to finish at 90c on $880k stock traded. The reason they were down today was because they listed after raising $50m @ $1.05 through Canaccord Genuity & Petra Capital.
