Golden Deeps (ASX:GED) has just announced that it has entered into a binding Heads of Agreement (HOA) to earn an 80% interest in Acros Minerals and Crown Gold Resources, the holders of four granted exploration licences near Mudgee in the eastern Lachlan Fold Belt (LFB) Copper-and Gold Province of New South Wales.
