CSR Limited (ASX:CSR) has entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed with Compagnie de Saint-Gobain for the acquisition of all of the issued shares in CSR by way of scheme of arrangement. CSR believe it will “support innovation in the Australian and New Zealand building products industry.”
