Venari Minerals NL (ASX:VMS): Lithium intersects strengthen Red Mountain ahead of maiden Resource

Transcription of The Stock Network Interview with Venari Minerals NL (ASX:VMS), Executive Director and CEO Matt Healy

Lel Smits: Venari Minerals has delivered thick, high-grade lithium intersections from the first two holes of its October RC drilling campaign at the Red Mountain Lithium Project in Nevada. With US laboratory congestion now easing, these initial assays mark the beginning of a catalyst-rich period that will see results from 19 drill holes across Red Mountain and Needles arrive over the coming weeks. I’m joined today by Executive Director and CEO Matt Healy to discuss how these results advance Red Mountain towards its maiden mineral resource estimate in December.

Matt, welcome back to the Stock Network.

Matt Healy: Yeah, thanks, Lel. Good to be talking to you.

Lel Smits: Now, the first two October drill holes returned more than 160 metres each of lithium mineralisation, including several high-grade zones. How do these results build on the foundations that you’ve outlined in our last interviews?

Matt Healy: Yeah, well, this Red Mountain Lithium Project, you know, we made the discovery hole in about May last year. We drilled 19 holes up until this campaign, and of those 19 holes, 18 in high-grade lithium.

Since then, this last drilling campaign is 13 holes in total, and these are the first two results. And what a fantastic way to start with, you know, multiple zones of high-grade lithium mineralisation.

Lel Smits: Absolutely. Now, these new intersections firm up the mineralised lenses in the mid-project area with all five holes on section now showing strong lithium mineralisation. What does this really do for your confidence heading into the maiden mineral resource estimate next month?

Matt Healy: There’s two areas we focused on for the maiden mineral resource estimate. There’s the northern area and a central area to the project.

Having these results coming in on section and firming up our interp, really, I mean, it’s fantastic. It’s what you want. You need continuity in a mineral resource, and this is what these results are giving us.

Lel Smits: Great to hear, Matt, and look forward to more updates ahead for Venari Minerals.

Matt Healy: Thanks, Lel.
